Attest to a minimum 2-year average of 25 AMA category one credits per year of continuing professional development (CPD) activities that maintain, update, develop and enhance knowledge, skills, and attitudes in response to the needs of patients.

*Diplomates must maintain documentation of meeting the requirements, which may be required prior to the start of a new recertification period.
